We believe in making things intentionally—and making them well.
Because each order is custom, timelines can vary based on quantity and design detail. Most orders are completed within 14 business days. Larger bulk orders could take longer. After you submit your form, we’ll follow up with a tailored estimate so you know exactly what to expect.
Occasionally, supply delays can extend timing, we’ll keep you in the loop if these delays arise.
If you’re working within a tight timeline, please let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
Rush availability depends on current workload, order size, and material availability. While we can’t guarantee expedited turnaround for every order, we’ll be upfront about what’s possible and guide you toward the best option.

We supply all merchandise to ensure consistent quality and sizing; at this time we do not embroider on items supplied by customers.
Using our own inventory reduces the chance of errors, ensures thread, fabric, and color compatibility, and helps prevent delays or disappointment. Our curated selection includes garments and accessories chosen for embroidery so your finished pieces look as expected.
If you have a specific item or fabric in mind, please include those details, and we’ll do our best to find something that will work for you.
Please indicate on the form below if you are interested in a Bulk Order.
What are your bulk order minimums and customization options? Our bulk terms begin at a minimum of 12 items utilizing the same base design. If you are looking to add individual names (like players on a sports team or staff members), we can certainly do that! To keep things transparent: the order will qualify for bulk terms, but a customization fee will be added to reflect the individual design setup and extra stitching time for each unique name.
Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start your order. This allows us to secure your high-quality blanks and begin the design work. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping or local pickup.
Design Proofs: You’ll receive a digital proof for approval before we start any embroidery. Once approved, via email communication, the design is final.
