Refunds & Cancellations

 

At Long Way Around Co., we put a lot of heart and intention into every stitch and press. Because our items are can be custom-made specifically for you, our policies differ slightly from "big box" retailers.

Cancellations

  • No cancellations.

  • Why? After an order is placed, we have likely already ordered your specific garment blank or begun the digitizing process for your design.

  • However, we are all human & have empathy: To talk about a possible solution, please email us at Info@longwayaroundco.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our embroidered and HTV apparel, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please double-check your spelling on order forms and sizes that you are ordering.

  • Defects or Errors: If we made a mistake (the wrong name, the wrong thread color, or a garment defect), we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to find a solution of either a replacement or refund.

Shipping & Lost Packages

  • Once a package leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to help you provide the information needed to file a claim with the carrier. Please email us at info@longwayaroundco.com with your order number.

Bulk & Custom Group Orders

For orders of 10 items or more (or custom group designs), the following terms apply:

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable partial payment is due upfront to secure your spot on our production calendar and to begin the sourcing of your materials.

  • Final Approval: We will provide a digital proof for your approval. Once you give the "green light," no further changes can be made.

  • No Refunds: Because bulk orders are highly specific to your group or event, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once production has begun.

  • Balance Due: The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping or local pickup in Shakopee.
