Shipping time.

Rather than keeping mass inventory on hand, we embroider most items specifically for you once your order is placed.
Standard Designs: Typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom Designs: Please allow up to 2 weeks. This includes the time needed for custom digitizing and quality testing.
We take great pride in the art of embroidery, ensuring every piece meets our high standards before it leaves our studio. If you have a specific deadline or event date, please reach out—we will always do our best to accommodate your timeline!

At Long Way Around Co., we care as much about the "where" as the "how." We partner with brands that prioritize the sustainability of their garments and the well-being of their employees.
Quality is at the heart of everything we do. After extensive research and "wear and wash" testing, we have selected brands that meet our high standards for both garment durability and ethical manufacturing.
Currently, we source our premium blanks from Bella + Canvas and District, known for their exceptional fit and feel. We are also proud to offer Stanley/Stella, a European favorite that has recently arrived in the US with a deep commitment to sustainability.
In addition to working directly with the brand houses, we also support our local economy and do so through SanMar, a distributor with a major footprint right here in our Minnesota community. Because of this, we have the ability to offer many other amazing brands such as Port & Co, Sport Tec, and Port Authority, to name a few.

Every design in our collection is an original creation, designed and digitized in-house. We believe your apparel should be as unique as your story, so we focus on exclusive artwork that is “Beautifully made, with intention”. You won't find these designs anywhere else.
Returns & cancellations.

Because our items are often custom-made specifically for you, our policies differ slightly from other “big-box” retailers.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection. Defects or Errors (wrong name, thread color, garment defect), we will make it right. Please email us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the defect. Please note that spelling errors on the form on your part are not included in this defect. Please double-check your spelling when submitting all forms.
No cancellations. After you place an order, work has begun on our end to fulfill.
Once an item leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
